A: Yes if you wish to do so but We would not be able to provide any guarantee for work carried out using materials supplied by you.

Q: Can you give estimated over a phone?

A: No, unfortunately not.

Q: How soon you can come around?

A: Any time which is convenient for you. We are available 24/7.

Q: I already have a written quote, will you be able to give a better one?

A: Yes,We are willing to try.

Q: If I am not satisfied with work carried out by you?

A: We will come back and put it right to your satisfaction free of charge.

Q: Do you carry out regular visits?

A: Yes We do. You need to discuss it with us to make arrangements.

Q: How can a make payment for your services and will you provide an invoice?

A: You can make a payment by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Invoice will be issued on the completion of work carried out.

Q: Do you do emergency call out?

A: Yes,We do.Emegency call out charge is £20.00.

Q: Do you work at weekends and bank holidays?

A: Yes,We do and We charge the same rate as during normal working hours.

Q: Will you require a deposite?If so will I have receipt for receiving a deposit by you?

A: No,generally not only if cost of materials for a job exceed  £100.00 .We will provide a receipt for receiving a deposit.

Q: Will  my property or garden be clean and tidy after you leave?

A: Yes, we will clean and vacuum working area inside and outside after task is completed.

Q: If you accidentally damaged something in my property?

A: Any small damage we would cover ourselves for anything else we are covered by public liability insurance up to £5m pounds.

Q: Will you use my water and electricity?

A: Yes We might need to use water or electricity for some jobs but We always discuss it with you before We start a job.

Q: Can you provide electronic form of estimate and invoice?

A: Yes,We can send electronic form of estimate and invoice providing you have valid e-mail address.

Q: Do you have Professional Indemnity insurance?

A: Yes, We do. We are covered by Professional Indemnity insurance up to £250 000.00 pounds.

Q: Do you provide guarantee for your work?

A: Yes, We do. All installation work is covered under 12 months guarantee. You must keep an invoice from us as  a proof of the guarantee.
